To reach your voicemail from another phone (fixed or mobile) dial your own mobile number. Interrupt the greeting phrase by entering ‘*’ and then enter your voicemail PIN code. You will then be able to hear your messages.

When outside of Denmark the voicemail dial in number is +45 28184000. Please note that normal roaming charges will apply and you will only be able to reach your voicemail from your own mobile phone.

Tip!  It is a good idea to store the international voicemail access number +45 28184000 in your mobile phone so that you can dial it quickly and easily both in and outside of Denmark.

Setting-Up Your Voicemail
Your ACN SIM card is sent to you with voicemail already activated. Callers can leave you a message when a call is not answered or if your telephone is switched off or out of range. You are also able to choose the way that your voicemail handles calls when you are busy.

To set-up your mailbox simply dial 28184000 from your own mobile phone in Denmark. You will then be prompted to set up your PIN code, define multiple personalised greetings and other options.

Please click here to see an overview of the ACN Voicemail menue options.

Note! The number for voicemail (+45) 28184000 is conveniently programmed in your phone’s memory. Please be aware that you have to call from your own mobile phone the first time you call voicemail to be able to choose your password and record your personal greeting.

Defining Your PIN
Your PIN code should be an easy to remember code consisting of at least 4 digits. This code will enable you to access your mailbox when calling voicemail from a phone other than your own or when you are outside of Denmark.

Tip! Simply use the PIN code for your mobile phone.

You can change your PIN code at anytime in the voicemail system

Defining Your Greeting
After entering your PIN, you will be asked to record your personal greeting. It is possible to record and save up to 3 personalised welcome greetings. If you select the standard welcome message, your callers will hear the following:

‘This is the mailbox of <name>. Your call cannot be answered right now. However, you can leave your name and a message’.

If you receive a call from an international number the standard welcome greeting in English will be played. You can choose to record a greeting in English by changing the language of voicemail to English.
