Making calls while you are roaming
ACN’s new improved5, easy to understand pricing structure for roaming divides the world into 3 zones, applying one flat rate to any country in each zone. To find out which countries belong to each zone refer to the overview at the bottom of this page.

| Receive calls while you are roaming |
Your friends and family can keep in touch with you while you are abroad as all ACN Mobile subscriptions can receive roaming calls. They will be charged the standard rate to call your mobile phone from Germany and you will be charged the rate from the German border to wherever you are in the world. ACN makes managing these costs simple by dividing the world into 3 zones and applying one flat roaming rate per calling plan to any country in each zone!

Not only can you call and send picture4 and text messages whilst abroad, with ACN Mobile you can also surf the net and read your email. With GPRS you can connect to the internet with your mobile in more than 55 countries! Our attractive roaming rates also apply to messaging and GPRS connections. To find out which countries belong to each zone refer to the overview at the bottom of the page.
You should ensure that your mobile is compatible with the network frequency of your destination. ACN makes it simple to check this by providing network frequency information by country and roaming partner.

Calls are charged on a per minute basis. Zone 1 (EU27) roaming calls (receiving calls while roaming) are charged per second (1/1 charging method). Zone 1 (EU27) roaming calls (making calls while roaming) are charged per second after 30 seconds (30/1 charging method).

This service is free for the SMS message you receive. The standard SMS rate for the ACN Mobile calling plan you are using apply to the SMS sent.

New roaming rates are valid as 1 July 2010, replacing all previous pricing structures.
